Job summary

UCC Holding seeks a Construction Manager - EPC (Power & Digital) to lead site construction activities across power, electrical, ICT, ELV, and smart infrastructure projects.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources, ensure schedules, budgets, safety, and quality compliance, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and HSE.

15+ years in EPC construction on large-scale Power & Digital projects; GCC/Middle East experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• PM certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
• HSE certifications such as OSHA/NEBOSH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction activities for EPC Power & Digital projects.
• Ensure execution aligns with designs, specs, and project requirements.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and resources.
• Monitor productivity and implement actions to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Act as primary focal point for clients and subcontractors; support claims.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover to clients.
