Job summary

Malomatia, a Qatar-based IT services provider, seeks a seasoned PMO/governance professional to lead standardized project management methodologies, governance, and reporting for cross-functional technology projects in Doha.

You will monitor timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; provide tools and guidance to project managers; develop dashboards for senior leadership; drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management, or project governance roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects within technology-driven environments.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Candidates currently based in GCC countries will be given priority.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments.
• Candidates should demonstrate a comparable background with relevant exposure to technology, telecom, GCC markets and complex project delivery environments.
