Job summary

Power International Holding is hiring an PMO Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst to develop integrated PMO reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions. The role emphasizes Power BI, data modelling, SQL/Python, and data automation, with data from Primavera P6 and SAP.

The analyst will collaborate with on‑site project and planning teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, and provide timely insights for management decision‑making, across multiple projects and data sources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5–8 years of PMO reporting or BI/data analytics experience.
Experience in construction, engineering, or project‑driven environments preferred.
End‑to‑end BI projects from data extraction to dashboard delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for PMO and management reporting.
Build robust data models and reporting structures, not just pre‑built datasets.
Extract, transform, and integrate data from Primavera P6, SAP, Excel, and other project systems.
Develop automated data pipelines and reporting processes to reduce manual data collection.
Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, validation, automation, and analysis.
Establish data validation and quality‑control processes to identify inconsistencies.
Work with site and planning teams to improve data accuracy and timeliness.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and manual data processing.
Translate complex project data into KPIs, trends, and management insights.
Support PMO leadership with regular performance reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analysis.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across projects and data sources.
Develop standardized reporting templates and data definitions.
Collaborate with Planning Engineers, Project Managers, IT, Finance, and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and address root causes.
Continuously improve PMO reporting processes, data governance, and BI capabilities.
