Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Planning Lead to join a world-class LNG project team in Qatar. You will develop, maintain and control integrated project schedules ensuring alignment with execution plans and project controls requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong Primavera P6 expertise, extensive EPC scheduling experience, and English communication skills to manage stakeholders across multiple disciplines on a long-term contract in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of project scheduling and controls on EPC Oil & Gas capital projects.
• 7+ years of site/field scheduling experience.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 (Version 18+) and Schedule Risk Analysis tools.
• LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Major EPC project experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, PowerPoint, and project control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Review EPC contractor schedules, progress reports, and project control procedures.
• Monitor project progress, schedule performance, and critical milestones.
• Integrate subcontractor, vendor, and supplier schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Evaluate schedule impacts of project changes and incorporate approved modifications.
• Provide schedule recovery plans and corrective action recommendations.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and prepare management reports.

Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
