Job summary

أريان العقارية is seeking an experienced Project Planner to lead schedules and work programs for major construction projects in the GCC. You will monitor progress, compare performance to baselines, identify delays and risks, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 5–10 years of project planning experience with GCC projects in Qatar or nearby countries, fluent English, and UPDA registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
• Mandatory GCC experience with demonstrated experience working on projects in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• UPDA registration is mandatory.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and project objectives.
