Job summary

Ariana Real Estate is seeking an experienced Project Planner to prepare, update and monitor schedules for complex construction/infrastructure projects in Qatar. You will track progress, analyze performance, and identify delays with corrective actions to protect baselines.

The role requires 5–10 years in project planning, GCC project exposure, UPDA registration, and fluent English. You will coordinate with teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years in project planning, scheduling and controls, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Mandatory GCC experience on projects in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• UPDA registration mandatory.

• Review and assess contractors’ and subcontractors’ schedules.
• Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims and time-related variations.
• Support project planning, cost control, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and project objectives.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• UPDA registration is mandatory.
