Job summary

LTM in Doha seeks an experienced Oracle PL/SQL developer with 8+ years of hands-on coding. The role focuses on SQL/PLSQL programming, building procedures, packages, external tables, functions and triggers, and delivering batch processing and data extraction solutions for large data volumes.

The candidate will convert business requirements into technical designs, optimize performance, and contribute to high-velocity data projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Proficient in writing packages, procedures, external tables, functions, triggers
• Experience in batch processing, data extraction, and report generation using PL/SQL
• Strong problem solving and performance tuning skills
• Experience in handling large volume databases and optimizing queries

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data extraction programs using PL/SQL
• Create and optimize packages, procedures, and functions
• Develop batch jobs and reporting solutions from flat files and Excel sources
• Tune queries for performance on large datasets

Job description

• Experience : Minimum 8 Years
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming with Advanced SQL concepts
• Good knowledge in Oracle 12c / 19c, o Very good and fast PL/SQL programmer.
• Must be able to quickly understand and convert business requirements into technical solution.
• Good hands-on experience in Writing Packages, Procedure, External Tables, Functions, Trigger, etc., and performance optimization of database
• Experience in handling large volume database and develop data extraction programs with Quality and minimal turn-around time.
• Experience in writing Batch processing programs, DB jobs, flat file & excel file Report generations using PL/SQL
• Good knowledge in performance tuning and writing high-performance queries/programs.
• Experience and knowledge in Airline Revenue accounting domain will be added advantage
