Job summary

PromoQ in Doha is seeking an experienced Pizza Maker/Pizza Chef to prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and bake pizzas to high standards. You will stretch, top, and cook pizzas while ensuring quality and consistent portions.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, stretching, topping and baking, plus familiarity with commercial pizza ovens and strong food safety practices. Flexible for shifts and weekends is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pizza Maker/Pizza Chef preferred.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, stretching, topping and baking.
• Familiarity with commercial pizza ovens.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently during busy service periods and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper use of ingredients.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.
