Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Piping Supervisor to oversee all piping activities on-site within an oil & gas project. You will supervise fabrication and installation, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and safety standards, and coordinate with project engineers and foremen.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read technical drawings, and hands-on problem-solving to keep work on schedule while upholding HSE policies. English language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of piping experience in oil & gas.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise piping installation and fabrication activities.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and safety regs.
• Coordinate daily activities with foremen and project management.
• Monitor material availability and manpower allocation.
• Conduct quality checks for standards compliance.
• Report progress, issues, and delays to management.
• Enforce HSE policies on site.
