Job summary

Al Khalaf Group in Doha seeks a Pest Control Technician for a food production facility. You will conduct regular inspections, implement pest prevention measures for insects, rodents, and other pests, and maintain records to support HACCP compliance.

You will monitor traps and bait stations, ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals, and coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams on pest-related issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Pest Control, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in food production, meat processing, or food manufacturing facility.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent pest infestations across the facility.
• Implement pest control and prevention measures for insects, rodents, and other pests.
• Monitor and maintain pest control devices, traps, and bait stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and relevant pest control regulations.
• Maintain pest control records, inspection reports, and chemical usage logs.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to address pest-related issues.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and use of pest control chemicals.
• Coordinate with external pest control service providers when required.

Minimum Qualification:
