Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 15+ years post-qualification experience on major capital construction projects.
• Minimum 10 years as Planning & Procurement Controller on large infrastructure/building projects.
• At least 5 years GCC/Gulf experience in planning and control for large-scale projects valued QR 100 Million+.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated project controls software.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized university.
• Overall Experience: 15+ years post-qualification experience in executing major capital construction projects for ISO-certified main contractors.
• Core Role Experience: Minimum 10 years specifically as a Planning & Procurement Controller managing major, diverse capital infrastructure/building projects.
• GCC / Gulf Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Arabian Gulf region in project planning and control for large-scale projects valued at QR 100 Million+.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in computerized schedule/budget control and dynamic reporting using Primavera (P6) and integrated project controls software.
• Language: High proficiency in written and spoken English.
