Job summary

Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 15+ years post-qualification experience. You will lead major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across the Arabian Gulf region.

The role demands strong budgeting, risk management, and proactive communication with clients, while ensuring compliance and rigorous quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
• 10+ years proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company for major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+.
• 10 years PM experience in the Arabian Gulf region.
• PM Professional certification (PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.

• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial risks.

Minimum 10+ years’ proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company, managing and executing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+ of similar scale, quality, and complexity.

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region.

Candidates must meet all the mandatory requirements below.

• Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Should have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager?
• Should have proven experience with a contracting company in the execution of major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million or more, of comparable scale, quality, and complexity?
• Should have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region?
• Should have certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
