Job summary

Power International Holding in Doha is seeking an experienced Data Engineer / Data Architect to design, develop, and maintain a governed data platform supporting enterprise project reporting and decision-making across the Group.

You will consolidate project, cost, and schedule data from SAP, Primavera P6, CPCO, and DAMAS into a unified data model, automate data integration, strengthen data quality, and ensure traceability of every metric to its source, while enabling AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in data engineering or BI development with ownership of production data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, merge/upsert and query optimisation.
• Expert-level Power Query (M) and DAX, writing and optimising code independently.
• Strong dimensional modelling, data warehousing, and semantic layer design.
• Hands-on ETL orchestration with incremental loading, scheduling, monitoring and failure recovery.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dimensional data models and semantic layers for enterprise reporting.
• Build and maintain automated ETL pipelines from SAP, Primavera P6, CPCO, DAMAS.
• Implement data governance, lineage, validation rules and exception reporting.
• Develop governed data models for Power BI reporting and AI-enabled analytics.
