Qatar Foundation (QF) is a not-for-profit organization where centers and programs focus on education, research and innovation, and community development intertwine for the benefit of Qatar and the world.

The Head of Patron Experience will lead research and development to optimize library services and spaces at QNL, leveraging latest technologies and AI inclusiveness in both physical and digital spaces, while collaborating with multiple departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Proven experience in complex digital content management systems and online access to digital cultural heritage.
• Experience in conducting user research and leading creative workshops.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research through surveys, interviews, observations, and usability testing for physical and digital experiences.
• Analyze patron feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patron satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead innovative projects to increase accessibility and usage of spaces, services, collections and programs.
