Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Proven experience in complex digital content management systems with search interfaces.
• Knowledge of design thinking and design methodologies (e.g., Design Sprint).
• Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to draft reports clearly.
• Experience in user research, workshops, and collaboration with IT and visual design teams.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
