Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to join our luxury restaurant team. You will create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts for our discerning guests, focusing on quality, creativity, and presentation.

We value strong baking knowledge, leadership to train junior chefs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Egyptian nationality preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop new desserts.
• Good communication skills for training junior chefs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Egyptian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes and other baked goods.
• Decorate pastries using icings, toppings and fillings for appealing presentation.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies ensuring timely ordering to maintain freshness.
• Train, supervise and assist junior pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of desserts.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times following food safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new desserts that meet our customers expectations.

Our high-end restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts for our customers We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and has a keen eye for detail

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries cakes and other baked goods following traditional and modern recipes
• Decorate pastries using different types of icings toppings and fillings to ensure appealing presentation
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies ensuring timely ordering to maintain freshness
• Train supervise and assist junior pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of desserts
• Maintain a clean work area at all times following food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new desserts that meet our customers expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in a high-end restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new ideas for desserts

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month
