Job summary

ELAN Group in Doha is seeking an experienced Outdoor Officer to oversee DOOH and OOH assets across Qatar. You will manage installation, maintenance, and performance to ensure reliability and safety of media infrastructure.

The role requires 3–5 years in outdoor advertising, Digital signage, or facilities maintenance, with strong planning and reporting skills. A driving license is preferred, and you will lead field technicians to meet high standards of uptime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and removal of DOOH/OOH assets.

• Coordinate field technicians and installation teams.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure asset uptime and operational efficiency.
• Maintain records and prepare maintenance reports.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on sites.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Officer– DOOH & OOH to oversee the operation, maintenance, installation, and performance of our outdoor advertising assets.The successful candidate will ensure the reliability, quality, and safety of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Out-of-Home (OOH) media infrastructure across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and removal of DOOH and OOH advertising assets.
• Manage daily operations of digital screens, MUPIs, lightboxes, bridges, seniors, and other outdoor media installations.
• Lead and coordinate field technicians and installation teams.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum asset uptime and operational efficiency.
• Track materials, tools, and spare parts required for maintenance activities.
• Maintain operational records and prepare maintenance and completion reports.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all outdoor sites.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in outdoor advertising, digital signage, telecommunications, facilities maintenance, or related industries.
• Experience supervising field technicians and maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
