Job summary

ELAN Group in Doha is seeking an experienced Outdoor Officer to oversee DOOH and OOH assets across Qatar. You will manage installation, maintenance, and performance to ensure reliability and safety of media infrastructure.

The role requires 3–5 years in outdoor advertising, Digital signage, or facilities maintenance, with strong planning and reporting skills. A driving license is preferred, and you will lead field technicians to meet high standards of uptime.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outdoor advertising or digital signage.
Experience supervising field technicians and maintenance teams.
Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise installation, maintenance, and removal of DOOH/OOH assets.
Manage daily operations of digital screens, MUPIs, lightboxes, and other installations.
Coordinate field technicians and installation teams.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure asset uptime and operational efficiency.
Maintain records and prepare maintenance reports.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on sites.
