Job summary

Work Force Nexus in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced signage Fabricator/ Installer to join our on-site team. You will fabricate, install and finish indoor and outdoor signage, read technical drawings, and ensure high-quality execution according to project plans.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in signage, experience with vinyl application, illuminated signs, and ACP cladding, plus basic English and the ability to work independently or with a crew on-site.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in signage fabrication and installation.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage.
• Read technical drawings, production layouts, and installation plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish signage components using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces for vinyl application, ensuring proper alignment and a high-quality finish.
• Install self-adhesive vinyl graphics on various materials, including acrylic, glass, metal, composite panels, and vehicles.
• Mount, laminate, trim, and finish printed graphics to meet production specifications.
• Install illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, directional signage, and commercial branding elements.
• Safely install signage at customer sites while complying with workplace safety standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with production and installation teams to complete projects within deadlines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.

Job description

Location: Doha, Qatar (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 4–5 Years

Preferred Experience: GCC experience preferred

Language: English (Reading, Writing & Basic Communication)

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in signage fabrication and installation.
• Experience with commercial, retail, or advertising signage projects.
• Proficiency in vinyl application, graphic finishing, and signage assembly.
• Hands-on experience installing illuminated signs, channel letters, lightboxes, and ACP cladding.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation layouts.
• Familiarity with workshop tools, fabrication equipment, and installation techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
• GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
