Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Designated Engineer to act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise and industrial customers. You will ensure platforms run flawlessly and evolve to meet emerging threats, while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize the Nozomi solution.

You will design features, integrations, dashboards, and custom queries to unlock customer use-cases and deliver knowledge-transfer workshops on new releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support, system administration, or technical consulting role.
• Experience with OT/ICS environments or cybersecurity platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers.
• Keep platforms healthy with health checks, sensor tuning, and upgrade guidance.
• Accelerate adoption by designing/integrating features, dashboards, and custom queries.
• Document and educate with customer-specific docs, workflows, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage support cases/RMAs, drive root-cause analysis with technical support.
• Provide weekly activity summaries and planning updates to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to steer roadmap priorities.
