Job summary

Employment is seeking an experienced IC Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of ICS and OT environments. The role focuses on securing critical industrial control systems, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security controls across OT networks.

The ideal candidate will manage vulnerability programs, monitor OT environments, respond to security incidents, and ensure ISA/IEC 62443 and other industry standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ICS/OT environments.
• Hands-on in securing ICS/OT systems and risk assessments.
• Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls for ICS/OT.
• Develop OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor OT security events and run incident response playbooks.
• Coordinate with engineers and operators to remediate vulnerabilities.
