Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Designated Engineer to be the primary technical liaison for enterprise and industrial customers, ensuring their platforms run flawlessly and evolve to meet threats. You will deploy, maintain, and optimize the Nozomi solution with support from senior engineers and cross-functional teams.

This role focuses on customer success, incident response, and collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive value and roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support, system administration or technical consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and act as the primary technical liaison.
• Keep platforms healthy with health checks, sensor configurations, alert tuning and upgrade guidance.
• Accelerate adoption by designing features, integrations, dashboards and queries.
• Document and educate with customer-specific docs, workflows and knowledge-transfer workshops.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage support cases/RMAs, drive root-cause closure.
• Report weekly activity summaries and planning updates to customers.
• Collaborate with CSM, Product and Engineering to steer roadmap priorities.
