Job summary

Mekdam Holding Group in Qatar seeks an experienced OT Cybersecurity Architect with 6–10 years of industrial security architecture experience to join our client engagement team on a full-time basis. You will design enterprise OT security master plans, reference architectures, zero-trust frameworks, and governance policies for critical industrial infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in enterprise security architecture, with 5+ years OT/ICS cybersecurity in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
• Strong ability to lead executive-level discussions, risk governance reviews, and security transformation programs.
• Designing enterprise-scale security architectures for industrial control systems and plant networks.
• Deep practical expertise in IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and NERC CIP where applicable.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Professional availability for full-time employment in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise OT security strategy design, reference architecture development, multi-site OT segmentation planning, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Formulate OT cybersecurity policies aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST standards.
• Design secure IT/OT boundary architectures using data diodes, encrypted VPN gateways, and DMZ enclaves.
• Lead cybersecurity reviews for major capital projects and digital transformations.
• Collaborate with CISOs, plant directors, and corporate executives.
• Evaluate and pilot industrial cybersecurity technologies, SIEM platforms, and asset discovery tools.
• Establish multi-site OT security baselines, incident response procedures, and DR architectures.
• Author executive risk reports and strategic roadmaps.
• Provide mentorship to regional OT security engineers and leads.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, national critical infrastructure mandates, and security investments.
