Job summary

Swan Global seeks an Oracle Fusion ERP Financial Consultant to provide onsite implementation and optimization support for clients. You will work with business users to tailor Oracle Fusion ERP Financial modules to meet financial goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT, at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets), and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• 3+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Financial modules.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes for Oracle Fusion ERP Financial modules.
• Design, configure, and implement ERP Financial modules per client needs.
• Conduct system testing and train clients on usage.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion features and advise clients.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure timely delivery.
• Report project progress and risks to managers and clients.
• Support post-implementation enhancements or upgrades.
