Job summary

Dautom is supporting a Qatar-based client with an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead daily application support and drive HR system improvements.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM, payroll cycles, and stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate distributed teams and deliver enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM functional consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in at least four major Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead day-to-day application support for a Qatar-based customer. The consultant will serve as the primary HCM functional contact, manage and resolve support tickets, guide a small onsite/offshore team, support critical HR and payroll cycles, and deliver minor enhancements and continuous improvements across the Oracle Fusion HCM landscape.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM functional consulting experience, with strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM application support or AMS engagements.
• Broad hands-on knowledge across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM pillars, with deep expertise in at least four major modules and the ability to coordinate support across the complete HCM landscape.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hire-to-retire, workforce management, payroll, talent, recruitment, learning, and employee service processes.
• Experience supporting production payroll or other critical HR cycles, including issue triage, reconciliation, data validation, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated experience leading a small support team and managing customer-facing responsibilities in an onsite/offshore model.
• Good understanding of incident, problem, change, release, knowledge, and SLA management practices.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, approvals, security, and integration coordination.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder-management, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at the customer office in Qatar and coordinate across distributed teams.
