Job summary

Cleanco is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager in Doha, Qatar, to oversee daily cleaning and pest control operations. You will manage field staff, supervise technicians, and ensure service quality while maintaining client relationships and compliance with local regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations management, fluency in Arabic and English, and a strong focus on planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience in cleaning, pest control, facilities management, or related services.
• Fluency in Arabic & English; French is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning and pest control operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate technicians and supervisors.
• Prepare staff schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure adequate staffing at client locations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address complaints and service requests.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on manpower, staff issues, and expenses.
• Ensure availability and proper use of materials, equipment, and vehicles.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor performance, and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labour laws and health and safety standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve service delivery.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance services and client relationships.
