Hot n cool in Doha, DAW, QA is seeking an Operations Manager - F&B to lead on-site restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will shape and execute operational strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with food safety standards, while guiding a diverse team to deliver consistent quality.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and service teams to elevate service and loyalty.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management within the Food and Beverage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, supply chain, and quality control.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant certifications in F&B operations are advantageous.
• with valid QID and NOC letter.
