Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in Doha, Qatar is seeking an AI Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Java, React) for an on-site role. You will drive AI-enabled delivery by integrating agentic AI capabilities and Spec-Driven Development with architects and engineering leaders.

You will deliver production-grade AI integrations in Java/Spring Boot, ensuring observability and secure CI/CD for prompts, models, and specs. Collaborate with global teams and mentor peers while focusing on responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with React and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI architectures, integrating RAG, agents, and automation into microservices.
• Embed Spec-Driven Development templates into delivery workflows.
• Build agentic AI use cases and guardrails for responsible AI.
• Deliver production-grade AI integrations in Java/Spring Boot services.
• Ensure observability, versioning, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specs.
• Deploy on AKS/Azure with stability and security best practices.
• Assist KPI tracking for AI-enabled delivery in adoption, quality, and risk.
• Share knowledge through playbooks, training, and mentoring engineers.
• Implement security and data handling constraints in production environments.
