Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in Doha, Qatar is seeking an AI Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Java, React) for an onsite role to accelerate AI-enabled software delivery. You will implement cutting-edge AI features and ensure responsible AI practices within enterprise-grade systems.

You will design AI architectures, embed Spec-Driven Development templates, and deliver production-grade AI integrations in Java/Spring Boot, with observability, versioning, and CI/CD readiness across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices experience.
• Strong React experience and frontend/backend integration skills.
• Cloud-native architecture knowledge with Azure and AKS.
• Familiarity with LLM-based solutions, RAG or agentic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI architectures and integration of RAG, agents, and automation.
• Embed Spec-Driven Development templates into delivery workflows.
• Develop production-grade AI integrations using Java/Spring Boot.
• Ensure observability, versioning, and CI/CD readiness for prompts and models.
• Deploy on AKS/Azure, maintain security controls, and KPI tracking.
