Job summary

Workato is seeking a Hotel Manager for an upscale boutique property in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The role leads daily hotel operations, guiding front desk, housekeeping and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hotel management and a strong hospitality background, with English fluency and solid budgeting skills. Visa eligibility for Qatar without sponsorship is required. This is a full-time on-site role with salary discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in an upscale or boutique setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Qatar without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, supervise and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Create budget plans and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through various channels.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
