Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Manage and train staff to provide top-notch customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
• Monitor budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to maintain high levels of cleanliness and functionality.
