Job summary

Financeroles in Doha seeks a Senior Financial Accountant to manage routine month-end close, revenue recognition for oil and gas products, and inventory valuation. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders and support audit readiness.

Responsibilities include preparing Volumetric Reports, interfacing LNG revenue invoices to SAP with controls, and assisting with annual financial statements and regulatory compliance, including TOFA controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics/commerce.
• Alternative: degree plus internationally recognized professional accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting for all product revenues and reconcile month-end accruals.
• Complete monthly inventory valuation and review rates used in calculations.
• Prepare preliminary and final Volumetric Reports.
• Interface LNG revenue invoices from EC to SAP with control checks.
• Produce schedules for monthly shareholder pack and assist project accounting.
• Assist in annual financial statements and monthly reporting; support audits.
• Maintain control environment per TOFA and update relevant documentation.
