Wings Technical Services W.L.L in Qatar is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives for an Oil & Gas service company. You will manage projects from initiation to closure, controlling scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and using MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, budget and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Manage project stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, performance and key deliverables.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Use MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Coordinate resources and ensure effective task allocation.
• Prepare project plans, status reports and documentation.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment.
