Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar seeks an experienced ROV Operator to support subsea inspection, maintenance, and intervention tasks offshore.

You will handle equipment maintenance, safety compliance, technical support, documentation, and coordination with offshore project teams.

Applicants should have 3–5 years offshore ROV experience, a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, and BOSIET/HUET training.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years offshore ROV experience.
• Familiarity with subsea systems, hydraulics, and electronics.
• BOSIET / HUET Offshore Survival Training; Electrical / Hydraulic Systems Training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for subsea inspection, maintenance and intervention tasks.
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of ROV systems, manipulators, and sensors.
• Conduct underwater surveys, pipeline inspections, and structural integrity assessments.
• Assist in mobilization, demobilization and deck operations related to ROV deployment.
• Follow offshore HSE protocols and permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain operational logs, inspection reports and maintenance records.
• Work with ROV supervisors, subsea engineers and offshore project teams.
• Support contingency operations in case of ROV malfunction or subsea emergencies.
