Job summary

North Oil Company in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Electrical & HVAC Maintenance Engineer to provide offshore and onshore maintenance support for electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors and HVAC equipment.

You will lead planning and performing PM/CM activities, coordinate with operations and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, ALARP compliance and reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or industry recognized technical qualifications with offshore/onshore oil & gas experience.
Thorough understanding of cross-discipline maintenance requirements and CMMS processes.
Expert knowledge of SAP Maintenance module and process safety guidelines.
Proven leadership and ability to work with diverse teams in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

Safely perform Electrical & HVAC activities as per Field Operation plan.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for PM/CM work.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams, including troubleshooting.
Deliver robust PM and CM data to support planning and execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
