Job summary

IRM Energy & Technology in Qatar seeks an experienced offshore site leader to drive brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and project integrity. Qualifications

• Experience in offshore construction projects with safety focus.
• Knowledge of brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up execution.
• Ability to supervise contractors and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and quality requirements during offshore work.
• Lead brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up execution and commissioning.
• Supervise contractor activities for execution, completion and commissioning.
• Verify constructability and technical compliance of deliverables.
• Track contractor progress and identify issues or deviations.
• Coordinate with contractors on completion and commissioning activities.
• Lead PTW meetings with OESS and ensure safety adherence.
• Ensure marine units comply with marine rules and conduct safety tours.
• Promote offshore safety culture and close safety actions.
• Contribute to REX and lessons-learned processes.
