Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Supervisor to ensure construction works are executed on plan at offshore sites in Qatar. The role entails coordinating construction teams, aligning with onshore coordinators, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in offshore oil and gas, proven leadership of large teams, and advanced skills in planning, risk assessment and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• 15+ years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas operations or related fields.
• Experience leading offshore construction campaigns and coordinating across multiple teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and resource management capabilities.
• Knowledge of safety management and risk assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore construction teams to ensure safe and timely execution.
• Prepare and execute offshore construction activities within scope, budget and schedule.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to onshore coordinators.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors and internal departments to mobilize resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Incident Free culture.
• Review contractor timesheets and ensure quality deliverables.
