Job summary

North Oil Company is seeking an Offshore Construction Supervisor to lead offshore construction activities on Qatar fields. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safe, on-time delivery, and manage interfaces with contractors and onshore teams.

Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English and offshore safety certifications. The role requires 28/28 rotation and reporting through the Construction Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ offshore oil & gas experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in campaign/shutdown management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore construction teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Plan resources, equipment, and materials for offshore activities.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore stakeholders and contractors.
• Prepare Work Packages, permits to work and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and incident-free culture.
• Compile reports and close-out dossiers for campaigns.
