Job summary

Raytheon NASAMS program seeks an in-country Associate Director - Program Management for a 2-year international assignment in Doha, Qatar. You will lead in-country teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with QEADF to ensure timely delivery and performance, with travel up to 25%. The role requires DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will partner with QEAF, KDA, and CONUS teams to define start-up, sustainment, and modernization efforts across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree and 10+ years of experience.
• PMX Certification Level 4, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• CORE certification or process improvement equivalent.
• Experience with large Air Defense weapon systems and prior military.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of the in-country team, schedule, and performance for assigned contracts.
• Direct in-country team members, including site leads, warranty/logistics, quality, and technical personnel.
• Build strong partnerships with the major OCONUS subcontractor KDA and serve as liaison with leadership.
• Support contract proposals, including bidding, negotiation, definitization, and start-up processes.
• Ensure subcontractor commitments meet financial, technical, and schedule requirements and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal functions to enhance program success and manage deliverables.
