Job summary

Raytheon Global Security Services in Qatar seeks a Senior Security Manager to provide direct support to the Doha Site Executive and Leadership Team. This high‑visibility role oversees security programs across Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman, ensuring compliant, cost‑effective protection of personnel and facilities.

The role requires leadership of security plans, liaison with U.S. government partners, and management of multi-country teams, with extensive travel and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar.
• CPP Certification (or equivalent) from a recognized professional organization.
• Experience with international security standards (ISO 27001, ASIS, BS 7858).
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required and U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments of sites in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
• Develop and implement transportation, shipping and field security plans.
• Coordinate with U.S. Embassy security teams and host nation authorities.
• Ensure safety, accountability and threat awareness for expatriates and travelers.
• Monitor regional threats and provide force‑protection guidance and communications.
• Manage daily physical security operations including access control and incident investigations.
• Oversee security vendors and interface with landlords and building security.
• Support executive protection and security investigations as needed.
• Travel regionally and internationally to support operations.
