The International School of London Qatar is seeking an experienced MYP/DP Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality inquiry-based lessons. You will align with IB frameworks, develop students' mathematical understanding, and support a diverse learning community.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reflective, and committed to professional growth, safeguarding, and collaboration with colleagues to prepare students for internal assessments and external exams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a relevant field.
• Recognised teaching qualification appropriate to the role.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at Middle and High School levels.
• Experience with, or recent professional training in, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
• Knowledge of IB DP Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and/or Applications and Interpretation (AI).

Scope MYP amp DP Maths TeacherReporting to Head of High School

Role Purpose

The MYP DP Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality inquiry-based teaching and learning aligned with the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme MYP and Diploma Programme DP The successful candidate will be an inspiring adaptable and reflective educator who develops students mathematical understanding analytical thinking problem-solving skills and academic achievement within an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a relevant field.
• Recognised teaching qualification appropriate to the role.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at Middle and High School levels.
• Experience with, or recent professional training in, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
• Knowledge of IB DP Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and/or Applications and Interpretation (AI).
• Experience in an international school environment is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills
