Job summary

Confidential in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Multimedia Officer to manage our social media presence and support marketing, communications and recruitment efforts. You will develop content across platforms and ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals to enhance visibility and public engagement.

The role covers content creation, filming, editing, graphic design, and social media analytics, collaborating with communications and product teams to shape the content calendar and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or communications.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Public sector experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Shoot high-quality videos and photos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit videos with effects, music and captions as needed.
• Create graphics, infographics and thumbnails using Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics.
• Stay updated on platform trends and adjust content calendars accordingly.
