Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
