Job summary

Care n Cure Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to arrange and display healthcare products across branches. You will replenish stock, set up promotions, and maintain brand standards while ensuring shelves are clean and well organized.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to travel between branches with a flexible schedule. Experience in retail merchandising, pharmacy, or FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field in the GCC.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, pharmacy, or FMCG products is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel between branches.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products on shelves according to planograms and company merchandising guidelines
• Replenish stock regularly and ensure shelves are always full, clean, and well organized
• Set up promotional displays, price tags, and marketing materials as instructed
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor
• Visit assigned branches and outlets as per the schedule
• Coordinate with store staff and the marketing and supply teams to maintain brand standards
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers when required
• Maintain visit reports and daily activity updates
