Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser for our Al-Khor, Qatar location. You will manage retail displays, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock levels to boost sales and visual appeal.

The role requires English fluency and strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation and product placement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage stock levels and replenishment orders to meet customer demand.
• Organize and maintain displays to maximize product visibility and appeal.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to increase sales.
• Keep track of inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Work closely with the sales team to promote new products or offers.
• Communicate any issues or delays with suppliers to management.
