Job summary

Brand Aid is seeking a Merchandisers’ Operations Manager to oversee all merchandising operations from product selection to in-store presentation. The role emphasizes strong leadership, process optimization, and delivering visually compelling brand experiences across stores.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in merchandising, a solid track record leading teams, and deep knowledge of visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising strategies and product assortments.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines for a consistent brand experience across all stores.
• Oversee the execution of promotions, displays, and banners in accordance with planograms and deadlines.
• Manage inventory flow and allocation to ensure optimal product availability on the selling floor.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with our customers.
• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Develop team members' knowledge of merchandising standards, product details, and exceptional customer service practices.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve set goals and performance targets.
• Monitor the team's performance and adherence to established merchandising standards.
• Track and analyze merchandising performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Track KPIs such as stock levels, and planogram compliance for the whole team.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall team effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the assigned area.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
