Job summary

Trust Arabia Administrative Services & Consultancy (TRUST) is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with MEP expertise to manage all costs for MEP projects. You will perform on-site measurements, review drawings, and prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, proven MEP QS experience, and strong skills in cost management, negotiation, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on MEP projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and construction methods is expected.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills are required for accurate cost estimation.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software is needed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are important for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate quantity take-offs for MEP systems.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material quantities.
• Estimate costs of labor, materials, and equipment for MEP projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and budget to meet financial targets.
• Prepare and submit variations, claims, and invoices for MEP works.
• Maintain updated records and documentation for all MEP costs.
