Job summary

Steadfast in Doha requires a Mechanical/Drafting professional to prepare detailed MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with electrical, architectural and structural teams. You will update drawings as site conditions change and support handover with As-Built documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Drafting, have 2–3 years Gulf experience, and are available for ASAP mobilization. Revit MEP BIM is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Drafting required.
• Minimum 2–3 years Gulf experience in Mechanical Drafting mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare layouts for mechanical services per approved design drawings.
• Prepare HVAC ducting and piping layouts where applicable.
• Prepare plumbing, drainage and firefighting drawings as per project scope.
• Prepare sections, details, schematics and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate drawings with electrical, architectural, structural and other services.
• Revise drawings per engineer consultant comments.
• Update drawings according to site conditions.
• Prepare As-Built drawings and support handover documentation.
• Maintain drawing revisions and coordinate with site engineers for accurate information.
