Job summary

Mariamsteadfast in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a BIM MEP Modeler to contribute to building services modeling and coordination activities onsite. The role requires hands-on BIM for MEP systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD, coordinating across disciplines and supporting clash detection to ensure accurate documentation.

The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams in a construction project environment, interpreting technical drawings and applying BIM workflows to maintain design

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in BIM MEP modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing and coordinating MEP models and drawings.
• Knowledge of clash detection and BIM coordination processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and update MEP models and technical drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support clash detection activities and help resolve coordination conflicts.
• Review model information and drawings for consistency and accuracy.
• Incorporate design revisions and project updates into BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Follow applicable project BIM standards, documentation procedures, and coordination requirements.
