Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to design detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts for critical infrastructure such as power plants and data centers.

You will draft SLDs, schematics, and isometric drawings, coordinating with engineers to ensure proper clearances and safe, compliant routing of underground and above-ground utility networks.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or MEP Drafting.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP design for power plants, oil & gas, or mission-critical digital facilities.
• Software & Technical Skills: AutoCAD (2D/3D), AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive Mechanical (HVAC, process cooling), Electrical (high/low voltage, cable trays), and Plumbing (fire protection, water supply) drawings.
• Draft Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, and equipment layout plans for substations and switchyards.
• Develop isometric drawings for process piping and ductwork routing.
• Perform spatial coordination to ensure proper clearances for operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to route complex underground and above-ground utility networks without interfering with structural elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive Mechanical (HVAC, process cooling), Electrical (high/low voltage, cable trays), and Plumbing (fire protection, water supply) drawings.
• Draft Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, and equipment layout plans for substations and switchyards.
• Develop isometric drawings for process piping and ductwork routing.
